Q - What is your policy on returns?

We happily accept returns and exchanges on our products, however all items* must be unworn/unused, clean and contain no pet hair.

Please contact us by emailing hello@allbreedspets.com within the timeframe for your country below:

UK - 7 days from dispatch date

Europe - 14 days from dispatch date

US & Canada - 21 days from dispatch date

Australia - 21 days from dispatch date

Dispatch date counts as the first day

You, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please return the item(s) to the labeled return address on your package. If this is missing, please let us know.

Please note it is advised that you return the item(s) by the same postal method, as if the item does not arrive back to us, we are not liable for the loss.

*return timeframe for Whelping Collars is as follows:

UK - 5 days from dispatch date

Europe - 12 days from dispatch date

US & Canada - 18 days from dispatch date

Australia - 18 days from dispatch date

Whelping Collars: For safety & hygiene reasons, we have a reduced returns timeframe on whelping collars. This is to reduce the possibility of collars being worn on a litter before any returns or exchanges.

Please check the size chart before ordering or contact us if you require assistance. Our whelping collars are hand and machine washable at 30c, so they can be reused if you are planning future litters.
